The DS is in very good condition but unfortunately the battery does not hold a charge, I need to replace it. My 8 year old daughter has enjoyed this game for DS ; she plays it well and is very happy ; I recommend it. this is a game that is not all bad but really repetitive, it has rapidly made the tourA product conforming to the indications given, it works well, the price is good, the packaging very well, as well as the time premium always equally satisfactory. As has been said in the description, this Mario is a resource for sources, and retrieves the best elements of the various opus, 2D in particular : for levels similar to the first Mario on the NES, a map similar to Super Mario Bros 3, and especially the gameplay simple and effective of all of the episodes in 2D. Because what impresses immediately is the handling is almost perfect, even better than the episodes GBA, and with a few extra moves : jumps those squared is therefore always required! Visual side, the levels are colourful, and this from the very beginning. The passages underwater or in the forest are particularly beautiful! On the other hand, the animation of the characters is without flaw, and poking sprints while doing sequences of jumps, is a real treat! (a bit like the first Sonic!!) This is a previously unseen episode that has the flavor of the Mario original and who is about to set new benchmarks in terms of platform 2D.. As you can see, the lever looks the same as that of the Xbox360. It has the same dimensions but seems to me more lightweight. Side ergonomics, the holders of the Xbox will not at all disorient. The first bluetooth pairing is somewhat laborious (think to do HOME+X) but once done, this is happiness! Emulators type FPSE, Gendroid, SuperN64 and SNES9x support without problem the controller (and all buttons) with just some of them for certain configuration keys in their menu. Some games from the store also support natively the controller (Sonic CD for example). However, there are still a lot of games "touch" of the store (ex: batman arkham origins, Dino hunter, etc...) that does not support thumb BT. The phone once in the holder remains securely in place, and the latter does not hinder access to the buttons (Volume+, Volume - and power) but this will however depend on the model of the phone. Regarding autonomy, I am a paranoid of the battery and so I plugged the thumb all the evening; therefore, it's difficult to give an objective opinion, I can just say that the thumb is no problem a day (me about 4 hours of continuous use). Unlike the Xbox, there is also a controller to media (play, fast forward, volume+/-, etc...) on the right lower part of the controller and while controller media seems enough anecdotal it works in MX player. On the other hand, the controller cannot make a stand for the phone when watching a movie for example, because the smartphone is too heavy, the controller and the smartphone is tipped back when they are laid on a table for example... such a shame! Another small downside to the use, the first time the media was in position and even moving in all directions, the support remained in position; however, after a few days, the media is starting to take a bit of a game and so when I bend the lever towards me, the smartphone has the tendency to switch to me as well... nothing too bad but it still might annoy those who like to play lying down. Conclusion : it is a good product especially for the price and it fulfils its function.
